If you are not satisfied with your RBIA SHADES purchase you may return your items within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Product must be returned unused in its original packaging.
- Once processed, you will be credited back to your original payment method, less the shipping costs.
- Exchanges are also available, if the item to be exchanged is of greater value customer will pay the difference. if item is of lesser value the difference will be credited back to customer
- Custom made frames and prescription lenses are final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange

- Returns are ONLY valid if item was purchased through one of our stores or at www.rbiashades.com and is within 14 days of purchase, and is still in the condition it was received.
- RBIA SHADES is not responsible for any product returned that does not qualify for a return. Any items received that do not qualify for a return will be sent back to the sender.
RBIA SHADES Warranty Policy:
- For manufacturing defects, replacements are available within 12 months of purchase. Warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage caused by general use or the loss of screws due to neglect. Mirror lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks caused by everyday wear and tear. Natural wear and tear on mirror lens sunglasses do not make them eligible for exchanges.
- Rbia Shades has sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect. *Prescription glasses and custom-made eyewear frames are not covered under this 1-year warranty policy. Rbia Shades will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from our online store or one of our authorized dealers within the US. This warranty lasts up to 1 year from the purchase date.
- The warranty program does not cover product that is lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, or damaged in any other way. Rbia Shades reserves the right to not send back irreparable frames sent in under warranty. If a frame sent in is irreparable and no longer under warranty, Rbia Shades will decide whether or not the customer qualifies for the Recycling Program discount code at its own discretion.
How to receive a refund on your RBIA SHADES product:
Email us at serviceteam@rbiashasdes.com and let us know you are returning your order, print out your receipt or invoice and ship it along with your pair of shades in its original packaging, we encourage you to send your RBIA SHADES product by a traceable method, as RBIA SHADES is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. For non-delivery or further information, email us at serviceteam@rbiashades.com
Once we have received your package expect up to 10-15 business days of processing time for your return.
How Does the Replacement Program Work? (USA ONLY)
Replacement Shades
If your sunglasses become accidentally damaged for any reason at all, you may request a new pair by submitting a request via email at serviceteam@rbiashades.com
Proof of purchase will be required to make a replacement request. You may also be required to provide photographs of the damage to your item.
A processing fee of $25 is required for all replacements to cover shipping and handling.
