If your sunglasses become accidentally damaged for any reason at all, you may request a new pair by submitting a request via email at serviceteam@rbiashades.com
*Proof of purchase will be required to make a replacement request
*Damaged items must be mailed or dropped off at one of our locations
*Prescription lenses are excluded
*Limited to one replacement per item purchased
*Only valid on purchases made in the USA
*Lost items are excluded
*Cases are not covered (a replacement case can be purchased at a discounted price)
*For out of stock items, customer can choose another pair that’s of equal or lesser value. Difference must be covered by customer for items of higher value than original purchased one.
